Unlocking growth opportunities at Gold Coast Airport through strategic development planning.
MXD provided consultancy services for the fast-growing Gold Coast Airport. Commercial development lands outside the fence that were owned by the Airport were examined for their potential for commercial, hotel and industrial development. A development program was generated which matched the market opportunities for the site with land availability and strategic infrastructure investment. Conceptual site planning was provided as well as financial analysis to test project feasibility and to develop a phasing schedule.
