MXD was retained by DFW International Airport to perform a development feasibility strategy for a landmark commercial development project at DFW Airport. A market analysis established the optimal development program through a phased approach. A financial analysis was performed to refine the development program and determine the return on investment for the Airport Authority at various stages of the project. Additional tasks included an economic and demographic analysis, positioning strategy, and potential end-user tenant identification.
