MXD was retained to provide strategic input outlining the market opportunity and feasibility for a major mixed-use redevelopment located in the heart of Downtown Calgary adjacent to the Bow River. The project will redevelop the existing single-purpose Eau Claire market and transform it into a vibrant multi-purpose, mixed-use project comprised of residential towers, offices and a hotel rising above a retail podium.
