Chris has been at the leading edge of defining “Airport Cities” and “Generating Non-Aeronautical Revenue Streams” through an extensive range of assignments leading project teams across Canada and internationally.

Martin Anstey

Martin, with 25 years of experience in Real Estate Development,
has been involved in over 350 assignments spanning various domains such as Retail Development, Transit-oriented Developments, Mixed-use Town Centers, Urban Revitalization efforts, Airport Cities and Resort projects. Martin’s primary role is to perform the market, economic and financial analysis that is the foundation for “Market- and Financial-Driven Planning”. This approach aims to objectively determine real estate development opportunities and to determine their financial feasibility.

Andrew Fayn

VICE PRESIDENT

Andrew brings more than fifteen years of land planning and real estate development experience to the company’s diverse practice.  He has committed himself to improving cities that have complex challenges and uses his expertise in formulating feasible and actionable plans that have the right tools in place to be implemented successfully. He has conducted market feasibility, land use planning, policy analysis, stakeholder consultation, and development strategies for public and private sector clients across a variety of project types including downtown master plans, corridor plans, and catalytic redevelopment sites.
