Transforming Jeddah Airport City into a global business hub with optimized planning and innovative strategies.
MXD collaborated with and led a global team of financial advisors, architects, urban designers and planners to update and refine Jeddah Airport City Master Plan to optimize the land-use mix, connectivity, circulation and flow and leverage the Airport location as a focal point for International Business in partnership with KSA businesses. MXD’s work involved a comprehensive review and refinement of the masterplan with Architects Chapman & Taylor based on economic analysis and assessment of target economic sectors, international best practices of Innovation Hubs, Airport City developments and immersive retail experiences.
