MXD Development Strategists provided consultancy services for Casin Plaza located within the new Central Business District in Chongqing, China. This mixed-use project will be an iconic development for the city’s rapidly growing skyline, seamlessly integrating retail, entertainment, Class A office, residential and a 5-star hotel. Particular attention was paid towards creating a unique environment through destination attractions and amenities, as well as identifying the optimal mix of uses to maximize the ability to attract certain tenants and create value for the project in a long term capacity.
