Project Description
Strategizing a dynamic mixed-use development in Moscow to maximize foot traffic and rental revenue.
Collaborating with design architects, MXD prepared a Market Analysis and Commercial Development Strategy for a 60,000 square meter mixed use building in Moscow. The six storey Layout plan was mainly anchored by a 2 storey Hypermarket, 2 storey department store, unisex fashion and various entertainment amenities including a ‘Sky Bar’ Terrace Night Club. MXD worked collaboratively with the Design Team in introducing strategies to stimulate greater foot traffic and generate higher rental revenues. Work for ENKA was completed in September 2009.
