MXD Development Strategists undertook a market analysis for Retail, Office and Hotel components of the Citadel Plaza development in Cairo, Egypt. MXD also provided retail merchandise planning services to create the optimal layout plan for the retail component. Rent revenue was estimated for each commercial retail unit in the development, with recommended tenants identified for each space.
