Driving Budapest’s commercial real estate growth with strategic airport-adjacent development.
Working in collaboration with Stantec, MXD Development Strategists led the Budapest Airport City assignment to create a Commercial Real Estate Strategy for Prancad Hungary Kft. Prancad is a private sector client with significantly strategic land holdings adjacent to Budapest Airport. The plan leverages the growing demand for commercial real estate space that is currently under-represented in the Budapest Metro area.
As part of establishing a strategic platform for Commercial Real Estate, MXD identified a number of economic clusters that could be leveraged and targeted through a positioning strategy that linked growing sectors to the optimal real estate building typologies, rate of absorption and estimated market capture rate for the subject development lands.
