Located just east of Los Angeles International Airport, the 238-acre Hollywood Park is a former racetrack and the largest undeveloped parcel of land in the Greater Los Angeles area. MXD professionals assisted the developer to identify the highest and best use of the site. The project is currently under development and will include a dynamic mixed-use, master planned neighborhood with apartments, townhomes and homes; upscale hotel; a revitalized casino; a retail and restaurant district; office space; all built around a series of open spaces.
