We are thrilled to announce that the Tara Boulevard Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) has received the Visionary Planning Award at the Atlanta Regional Commission’s State of the Region event.
MXD Development Strategists Ltd had the privilege of leading the land use feasibility, development strategy, and planning components of this transformative project, collaborating closely with Pond & Company, Clayton County, the Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance, and municipal partners in Jonesboro and Lovejoy.
The Tara Boulevard LCI reimagines the 11-mile corridor as a vibrant, multimodal destination that strengthens community connections, enhances mobility, and unlocks new economic opportunities across the South Metro region.
