MXD had the privilege of partnering with Pond & Company on this transformative initiative. We led the market analysis, development feasibility, and implementation strategy, and identified catalytic projects to spark early investment and long-term momentum.
Together with Pond, we worked closely with the City of Johns Creek and the community to ensure the vision reflected a shared goal: creating a vibrant, walkable, and economically sustainable town center for Johns Creek.
We’re thrilled to see that vision coming to life with Medley by Toro Development, now just a year away from opening its first phase.
