MXD are strategic advisors to Comursa Mexico in defining the magnitude of rail station terminal retail opportunity and merchandise positioning strategy for various Multi-Modal Rail Stations including Ciudad Azteca, one of the busiest rail and bus terminals on the Mexico City Metro System, averaging an annual footfall of over 40 million passengers per year. Additionally, MXD prepared a Summary Marketing Document highlighting the merits of the redevelopment strategy. This document was followed by a formal presentation and meeting with the Mayor of Mexico City State and Senior Federal Government Ministers, further highlighting the social and financial benefits that could result from the redevelopment of the station for the surrounding communities.
