MXD Development Strategists were retained by Oman Airports Management Company (OAMC) to plan the development of 3 parcels surrounding Muscat International Airport (MCT), Oman. MXD prepared land utilization development concepts, renderings, master plans, utility plans, phasing strategies, along with marketing and branding strategies. MXD conducted a comprehensive macro-economic market study and supply/demand analysis across all land asset classes, worked with architects and engineers to optimize the layout configurations, and financial analysis including incorporating costs and revenues. Key objective of the Airport City Development Strategy was to provide the foundation for Diversifying the Oman Economy, Attracting Inward Investment, Enhancing Tourism and Generating Local Employment.
