Project Description
MXD’s strategic planning at PIT Airport City secured $200 million in private investment for an advanced APM system and vibrant mixed-use development.
In response to the PIT Airport City development strategic planning work over the last 5 years, MXD was sole sourced to create an “Airport Central District Invitation for Development Capital Investment Partners” which successfully attracted two major private sector companies to invest USD$200 million into a futuristic Autonomous Electrified APM System and Compact Airport City Mixed Use Development including Offices, Retail, Potential Hotel, and Rental Car Complex.
Outcome:
