Maximizing ROI at Shanghai Hongqiao Commercial Area with strategic land-use and development planning.
MXD was engaged to conduct a Feasibility Study for Parcel 6 of the Shanghai Hongqiao Commercial Area, adjacent to the Hongqiao International Airport and Transportation Hub. MXD provided additional Development Strategy direction for the developer based upon Market Research, Market Analysis and Airport City Case Study Profiles. Following the Feasibility Study, MXD undertook a Highest & Best Use analysis to identify the optimal development mix of land uses and configuration to maximize return on investment.
