Creating a premier Golf and Outdoor Recreation Resort near Seattle with a vibrant mixed-use village tailored for tech industry elites.
MXD Development Strategists Senior Team members worked with Lowe Enterprises to establish the Retail and Mixed-Use Village Development Plan for this emerging Golf and Outdoor Recreation Destination Resort in Central Washington. This project is only 1.5 hours from the Seattle-Bellevue Metropolitan Area and therefore targets the Microsoft and many High Tech affluent employees of these industries to purchase second home real estate. The development mix includes a 200 room hotel with a swim and fitness center, golf clubhouse, 10 boutique hotel rooms as well as a boutique retreat/conference center.
