Creating a dynamic 264-acre city center in New Delhi, blending retail, hospitality, and entertainment with strategic precision.
MXD undertook a Retail, Hotel and Entertainment Development Strategy for Wave Inc. to determine the optimal mix of land uses and their configuration on a 264-acre site located at the heart of a rapidly-growing technologically-driven suburb of New Delhi. The goal of this project is to create a vibrant city center. MXD undertook a Market Analysis and Financial Analysis, and was subsequently retained to provide detailed Retail, Hotel and Entertainment planning assistance, as well as providing ongoing Development Strategy for the Client.
