Designing Westown in 6th October City as a seamlessly connected urban hub with vibrant mixed-use development.
MXD Development Strategists has been retained by Solidere International to create a new Downtown in the rapidly evolving 6th October City West region. MXD’s work program entails assessing, identifying and defining the entire retail program for the new Downtown. The project will have a series of districts and nodes positioned so that they complement one another, while providing the opportunity to connect and stitch various land uses together. At build-out Westown will have 2.4 million square meters.
