MXD is proud to announce the release of the Commercial and Industrial Study for the City of Lethbridge.
Working closely with Economic Development Lethbridge and the City of Lethbridge, MXD helped deliver a market-driven roadmap for YQL, focused on identifying development opportunities that are both supportable and implementable.
The study goes beyond assessing land supply. It connects market demand, competitive positioning, infrastructure considerations, housing challenges, and coordinated actions needed to unlock commercial and industrial growth over the next decade.
Lethbridge is uniquely positioned within Southern Alberta, and thoughtful planning today will help ensure the City continues to strengthen its role as a regional economic hub.
